Refund Policy Deposits 

At the time of booking full payment will be taken.  The following is applicable:

Full Payments 

If full payment is made prior to the lesson and the customer wishes to cancel within 7 days of payment, a 75% refund will be given less £1.50 administration charge - this will be to cover our banking charges.

Please note that lessons are dependant upon sea and weather conditions and may need to be postponed.  There will be no option for a refund just an alternative date to attend the lesson. 

All Lesson fees are non-refundable unless they are cancelled by us at which point we will give you a full refund. 

Once full payment has been made and the lesson has been completed, no refund will be given. 

Vouchers 

Vouchers are non-refundable, unless returned within 10 working days from the date of purchase, minus a £2.50 administration fee. 

For a fee of £20.00 we can extend the life of a voucher for a further year from the original expiry date.
