Use of equipment must be carried out in accordance with the rules and advice given at the point of hire.  All equipment is hired at entirely the customer's own risk.  Saltburn Surf hire does not accept responsibility for any injury to any person(s) however caused.  Saltburn Surf Hire reserves the right to refuse to hire equipment.  Identification may be required when hiring.  Damage to equipment must be paid for by the hirer.
